I use a tablespoon. It's been liquid for weeks, but if it ever gets solid again, I still use the tablespoon, but I don't level it off.

I have my carbs set at 15 grams, but I try to stay way under 10 grams. Some times veggies will bring me up a bit over the 10 grams, but its veggies, so I don't stress. I basically don't do fruit any more. The occasional strawberry, once or twice a month. Fruit makes me want sweets. I do eat cheese and once in a while sour cream or cream cheese. Just checking in! I am up .2 in weight, but not worried. I think last time I checked in I was up 1 pound or so, so this is actually a loss putting me closer to where I was when I started the IF. MFP allows me 45 grams of sugar a day. I hit 9 grams the other day and I was stunned. I am usually between zero and four grams per day. We are all different and that's fine.
