Clothing victories are so good! I am angry at the scale all the time. But then I put my newish jeans on and realize they don't fit...way too baggy. Makes me feel better, but I still want to throw the scale off the deck and then maybe run it over with the car. Rock the dress! And let me add... so jealous you're seeing…

Driving down the road realize I forgot to post my loss this week. Down 2 lbs to 209. It's a short jaunt to Onederland from here.

Probably a lot of people will disagree but I like Your Shape Fitness Evolved. It has lots of workouts. You can choose how long and how hard you workout by choosing different sessions.
