  • Pain is weakness leaving the body. Or you injured yourself. :) Strangely enough I was able to fight soreness with salty chips, bananas, and lots of water. On a really tough day an Alieve didn't hurt either. I also agree with doing more workouts. If I am really sore a nice easy walking workout with stretching afterwards…
  • Squats and lunges and stuff work...but...I am sorry, they are dreadfully boring and tiedious to me. Get a decent bicycle and leave it in a taller gear when you ride. Cyclists have rock solid legs and you get to enjoy changing scenery.
  • Funny you say that. I would swear one year they would pinch vertically and the next horizontally on the abdomen but always the same on chest and legs. Could easily explain it.

You hook your toes under the couch and try to lift the couch off the ground. This strengthens the muscle in the front of your lower leg. Also,…
  • I don't bother putting in my hours of Ping Pong played with my kids. But if I did... the counter is very generous and for 30 minutes would give me over 140 calories burned. I just chalk it up to "normal daily activity" and don't stress if I'm a few calories over at the end of that day.
