I'm down! That was already my goal starting June 1st :)

Keto does work. Calories in vs. calories out is key. When you first start, you'll eat more calories just trying to figure it all out, but once you do, get in that deficit. I've had tons of success! Just stick with it, and be faithful. AND work out. Your heart will thank you :)

Weight loss is always more fun and successful with friends. I'd be happy to add you. Good luck!

If you aren't one to get bored and give up, and you're eating the right kind of food every day, there's absolutely nothing wrong with eating the same thing each day. It makes portions, macros and nutrition ridiculously easy. Just make sure you're picking something well rounded for your dietary needs.

If you're eating processed foods (even the "healthy" stuff) it's likely processed with salt. And that is if they're inputted correctly on MFP. But honestly, as long as you're not severely over the recommended, I wouldn't put too much thought into it if it's here and there.

LOL what did you pick? If it's Chinese "fast food" go for the NON SAUCED meat options, plain rice (if you're allowed carbs), veggies. But it's all loaded with salt, no matter what you pick. Good luck!

Agreed with Alex too - I was gonna ask if you measure your food (at least to begin with so you know how big that portion size is). I just forgot to mention it in my response.

Hey! Well I'm no expert but I took a peek at your diary. Have you calculated what your suggested macros should be? In my opinion, it looks like you might be a little heavy on the carbs and light on the protein. The other thing is, are you sure you're putting in every little thing you eat? Like every nibble at dinner time…

You sound an awful lot like me. BED's suck. And honestly, the only thing I find that's keeping me from doing it these days like I used to, is the fact that I started intermittent fasting in spring of 2017. That has been a Godsend. I fast from about 8 pm or so, sometimes a little later, until 2 pm or so the following day.…

Oh, and sorry to be so overbearing, I'm just really passionate about this. I've had the "epiphany". But also, another bit of advice, don't completely give up everything you love. Track your food. Go lighter on a meal if you want to indulge in a little something. Or find recipes online that swap out unhealthy stuff for good…

My sister in law and my husband are huge fitness people - like the ones you see in magazines. No joke. And here I am. But you'll notice a difference very soon. Give it 3 weeks of consistency. Don't watch the scale, watch yourself. Take pictures at the start here, then pics again at the 3 week mark. Notice how your clothes…

Hey! I'm just starting again too! I'm notorious for starting hard then fizzling out. And this time is it, this is different. You can do it too! Let's get healthy together!!
