  • im 5'3 and currently weigh 145, highest weight was 180 lb and lowest was 75lb, im trying to get some of the excess fat of so i can actually see my muscles. im slowly getting there!
  • beans,lentils, peas, leafy green veg(kale, spinach) tempeh, nuts, seeds, seiten, tofu and there are plenty of veggie sausages, mince or meat replaces on the market :)
  • i think you need to stop focusing on your weight as its not a measurement of fat loss, measure your body with a tape measure around your neck, arms, waist, hips and legs to get a more accurate result. as regards to fat loss, cut out sugar and eat complex carbs around your workout dont skimp on protein and veggies! possibly…
