no, i eat around 1300-1500 calories per day and burn maximum around 1500 through exercise 4 days per week. i dont get particularly hungry unless i eat below the 1300. i may have the odd day of 1600 if i need a midnight snack.

firstly i want to get back on track after my 4th broken bone, and then i want to improve my reaction speed, get my strength back up, get 35 in 5, put some toe stops on (iv never skated with toe stops) improve my blocking skills as im a jammer and pass my referee test :) i think its do-able!
