Vitamin A intake..
so i noticed that my vitamin A intake is on the high end, it says its usually 500% most days, im just curious if this might cause any problems long term? i eat a lot of vegetables and dont really want to change that, thanks!

getting past a plateau..
so iv recently increased my food intake and feel like i have lost some weight but i cant help feeling like im eating too much and that i sholdn't be, never eaten this much when trying to loose weight! on active days its around 1800-1900, my workouts burn around 1000+ roughly. anyone else struggle with this feeling? :(
