W8D1 done, we're a day behind as my son was off school ill and it probably wouldn't have been a good idea to make him go running! But we're back on schedule now, can't believe it's nearly over!!:cry:

W7D3 all done!!! Bring on Monday and we'll be up to 28 mins,.looking forward to it. And I have to say my 11yr old is still doing the programme with me!!

W7D2 all done yesterday, getting much easier, once your breathing is steady I kind of just keep going, hope it lasts!

I'm pleased to say we completed W7D1 yesterday, another 25mins run, slowed down near the end, but didn't give up!!

This time next year you'll wish you'd started today! - reminds me of last summer when I tried to start and lasted 3 weeks :( doing much better this time!!

Completed W6D3, much better than the other 2 runs this week, could almost say 'enjoyable' lol!!

W6D2 done yesterday, quite hard after a day at work, and had an ache down the side of one thigh, so glad it's done though!

W6D1 done, bit harder than I expected, onwards to the next run!!

Well done on finishing W4! We finished W5 today, and as people have said, it is a mental challenge, physically I was fine but had to keep my motivation going, glad we did it xx
