I love hot chilli over rice, with cheese and sour cream, didn't know it was an English thing !? Anyhow, now if i have it i use Eat Water Slim rice which is zero carbs, well zero anything as it's made of something weird that has no calories.....:wink:

I find if i don't pre log i get nasty suprises and find i've run out of calories before dinner, only happened a few times and i still had dinner!! But i'm more careful now and try and pre log as much as possible :smile:

Everyone is different. But the most common percentage seems to be 5/20/75 cabs/protein/fat ,hope this helps

Thanks for your responses. I've been doing keto since the beginning of the year although the first few weeks were a bit rubbish as I tried to work out macro levels. I think it must be a side effect but seems to have settled now! If it returns I'll be off to the Drs!!! :)

Try some fat bombs their only small and can be up to 200 calories, depending how you make them

It's frustrating when the scale doesn't move. I've had good losses the first six weeks but this last two weeks nothing :sad: -well 400g (lol) but i am measuring as well and have lost another 7 inches in the last two weeks, Total of 19inches in around 8 weeks. I shouldn't complain -but i want to ! Maybe the scale will move…

The high fat is to provide the fuel that would have been provided by the carbs. The low carb is so the body is forced to use its own fuel - your excess body fat to make up for the calorie deficit .

From what i've seen it varies from person to person. However the most common ratio seems to be: 5/75/15 or 5/70/20 that's Carbs/Fat/Protein . -These are quite strict ratio's and only trying for yourself will see what works. Okay so i've read about this coffee for a while now and finally got the ingredients, however i just want to check on peoples measurements.
