Threw out all my size 18 jeans that i waited forever to be able to wear for all of 5 mins, and bought my first pair of size 12's trousers - cant wear them out yet , but i always have a pair the next size down to aim for, wont be long as i seem to be skipping the 16's and nearly to the 14's, yeah!!

Did exactly this, got comfortable, enjoyed the compliments, got lazy, lost 6 months before i saw sense and got going again. I think it's quite common, keeping motivated is hard, try to get back, but give yourself a break we're all human xx

Liquids, soft texture, smooth foods, it's going to hurt, take any pain killers they offer before hand cause you'll need them to have kicked in by the time you leave, so yogurt, soup, ice cream, sorry not a lot of choice, hope it goes quickly for you !

If you have set your normal activity level to moderately active then tnis is not exercise, if you have set your activity level to sedentary you should log it as exercise .
