I know how you feel, this is now my third week too, and it was going sooo well, but moving on to next week and we shall see what happens, going to make sure i do everything right!:drinker:

There are online calculators which will give you a reasonable estimate, essentially its what your ideal body weight is. Hope this helps. X

I thought it was based on LBM - lean body mass, range from 0.9-1.5g of protein per kg. But I'm not 100% sure, sorry I realise that's not much help!:flowerforyou:

Just keep going! You've got this far, your losing weight, maybe it's slowed done but that's fine, i keep hitting stalls but then the weight starts to drop again, just believe in yourself. Your the only one who can do this for you. You CAN do this:flowerforyou:

We're on track so far, slow but steady! As long as the scale goes down and not up I'm happy :smile:

And I can only get one kind of coconut oil so that will have to do!

I just use normal good quality ground coffee, and sometimes I even use normal butter, not grass fed! Oh no! Still tastes good and does the job everyday. :drinker:

Okey dokey, so start weigh on the challenge = 240, current weight 233 therefore.... 240-233=7 , 7 /240 x100 = 2.91%. so far, very pleased - if i've done it wrong please let me know!

Try using equal parts coconut oil, butter and cream cheese and add lemon juice, lush mmmmmmmmm

Work out your calories, how much you need daily, create a deficit so your under a bit , weigh all your food, liquid and solid and try an introduce exercise if possible but then make sure to eat back any calories earned. You'll get there you've taken the first step and there's plenty of support here for when you need it…
