How about i don't have time with work and family to work out. Yet those same folks are the one's making time to watch their favorite tv shows or games.

That makes sense I figured that for the first five months the weight came off so easily by not eating my excersise calories. I will be investing in a heart rate monitor soon, so I can accuratly eat the correct calories. Because the excersie calories I am logging is from MFP. Thanks for your input.

MFP allows me to eat 1600 calories per day. I usually burn about 600 calories per day doing cardio. Usually my net calories are around 1000 and I've been losing about 2.5 pounds a week since i joined in Jan. I find it real hard to eat my excercise calories, because it's so much food. I use an app from google called my tracks for android phones. It keeps track of your distance, speed, and elevation. I have htc evo, which is a big phone, that I keep in the case on my waistband. Great free app
