I bought a gorgeous screaming red sports car and I want to look just as gorgeous when I step out of it!

My mini goal is losing just 3.5 pounds more because it will put me into onderland for the first time in 10+ years! Goal is to be around 160.

I buy them already cooked and shelled at Walmart, above where the the carton eggs are. Not too expensive and I have one for breakfast every day. NO fussing with shells that refuse to come off.

Today I pushed back the office chair and boosted the computer on a few boxes so I can stand at work (from home) more often.

Big 4oz patty of lean organic ground beef, mixed with steak sauce and chopped onions. Topped off with a diced tomato and some fat free cheddar cheese. Buns not invited.

I'm here reading all these awesome comments and I reach behind my shoulders to massage a sore spot that is always there AND I actually felt my own shoulder blade. A real bone. Been YEARS. What a feeling.

Sort of bummed yesterday when I weighed in for the week, no loss. Then today when I dressed I pulled up a pair of jeans I’d bought about five years ago. They fit better today than when I originally bought them. Wore them all day comfortably. Every few weeks I can bring an old favorite back into my wardrobe. It’s great…

I'm well, thank you! ..At work - ugh, glad tomorrow is Friday. I can't wait...to find another job.

I found a pair of jeans on the sale rack for $1.00 . A DOLLAR. How could I say no? Ten pounds and I'll own them!

Every time I bend over the waist on my pants rolls down.... I can't wait until that STOPs happening!

Wow wasn't expecting feedback on my own accomplishments, but it feels good! Thanks everyone!

16 lbs down since 1 Jan. 14 lbs to Onederland. I never want to see a "2" as the first number on my scale ever again!

For that one negative person there are MANY others who would have been much more positive and supportive. Don't let that one person ruin your efforts! Congratulations! :)

A few months ago I found a pair jeans on the clearance rack at Walmart for ONE DOLLAR. They were two sizes too small but I picked them up because...well they were only a dollar! This weekend I tried them on and I got them buttoned and zipped. Still tight but the last time I tried them on they didn't go past my hips! woohoo!

The 6" turkey is my go-to. No cheese, a little extra turkey and they will stack as many veggies as you ask for so I go BIG on the veggies, to the point that closing the sandwich is a challenge. Some honey mustard and it's a true masterpiece.

SO happy for you. I have a friend who is 6 lbs away and I'm rooting for her! I'm 16 lb away and can't wait! I think I'll actually cry when I see it. I don't remember when the scale went OVER 200 but I definitely will remember when it's goes below that! Congrats!

While shopping at Walmart I came across a zip-up pair of jeans on the Clearance rack for ONE DOLLAR. They were one size too small but for a BUCK I took them home. That is what is motivating me right now! :-) Ten pounds and they might fit! Can't wait to chuck all the elastic waist jeans I've accumulated.

Reading these threads is sort of a mini goal, the goal being - KEEP BEING HERE. Stay focused and read posts, I've been working hard since Jan 1 and I've been wandering off my path over the last few weeks. All of your posts keep me motivated so my goal is to be HERE, and celebrate others' wins and motivate others who need a…

My petty reason....THIS. I want to NEVER have to shop in the Plus-Woman's section ever again. When I saw these tops I took a photo. Why do manufacturers believe that plus women want loud horrible patterns and tons of elastic?

A little TMI... Started exercising again after a long time so anticipating the need for a sport bra, which I do not have, I found a much smaller regular bra in my dresser to use, figuring it would be tight and serve the purpose. Turned out it fit me better than the large one I was presently wearing. FOUR inches smaller!…

Wearing a pair of pants to work I haven't worn in 3 years. Going to rummage back through my old wardrobe this weekend to see if I can discover anything else that fits now!
-
Rooting for you! I have 22 to get there, took 10 weeks to lose the last 20, I'm giving it all I got!

Packed up the dogs into the truck and my husband and I took a nice long ride Sunday. When we needed a break, we stopped at McD's. I took care of my break, my husband came back to the truck with a double cheeseburger and fries with a soda. I was hungry too but waited until I saw a Subway and got a 6" turkey w/a ton of…

This morning I lost my first 20! Took 10 weeks. Looking back it doesn't seem so long, Looking forward to the next 10 weeks and the next (hopefully), 20 pound loss to put me back into onederland. Woo hoo! I'm over 50 so my goal is health and to weigh around 160.
-
Wanted to add to that. I picked up a T-shirt at WM yesterday I've lost nearly 20 and I've been fitting into 1X's lately, feeling pretty good about that HOWEVER, this shirt was a 2X and when I got home it was too tight?? Clothing sizes - SO not consistent. Sort of bummed me after all my hard work.
-
I can't wait for that!
-
Just three pounds to reach my first 20 pound goal.
-
I'm wearing zip-up jeans again, yeah....it is a big deal. :-)

WOW such inspiring stories! I'm a yo-yo since forever. Lose 60 gain it back, repeat, ... I want this to be the last time.

Pictures....yes they sure do have an influence, I hate the one from my last reunion, didn't help matters I was on the end and the camera stretched out everyone on the sides of the photo! Zipline - you go girl!
