I eat every 2-3 hours with larger meal every day. I find it helps me stay satisfied and keeps me from cheating. To keep from having low blood sugar issues make sure you keep protein and complex carbs in your diet.

You need to eat your calories allowed each day. I was trying to eat less and the loss was slow so I started doing what the site instructs and have been losing 2-3 pounds a week for the last couple of weeks. I still have a hard time eating my daily allowance but I'm still losing and my cloths are fitting differently.

Most days I'm under my 1200cal allowance. I don't want to eat just to reach goal if I'm not hungry. I've seen conversations from others and some people go by weekly total and it seems to work for them. I don't feel bored day to day with what I'm eating but you may find it pretty boring. I had this same issue when I satarted paying attention to all the numbers. I tried following the food pyramid and still found myself over on sugars. I find that apples, bananas and oranges have the highest sugar so started adding stawberries and mangos which are lower. Fresh fruit is still healthy so I don't sweat the…

I'm glad you asked about net negative calories, I was wondering the same thing. Now that I'm counting calories and making better choices that sometimes it's hard to eat that much. Thanks, to the people who responded, for the info.
