  • Hi JCowell! I can totally relate! When I turned 50 I updated my "bucket list" and added at least 30 minutes of daily aerobics and consumption of more water (half my body weight in ounces). Believe it or not, these two small changes helped offset hot flashes and night sweats.
  • Try blending Vega Protein and Greens powder with Ripple, unsweetened dairy substitute, and frozen fruit (blueberries are my favorite). I also add a 1/4 tsp chai seeds, a pinch of ginger and cinnamon. Yummy!

  • Reflections... I have grown tremendously over the past year. My favorite events are half marathons. I average over 120 Miles per month and my eating habits are 99% Vegan... occasionally I'll eat cheese. Vegan Runner members have been extremely supportive. Thx!
