On a regular day I don't really eat calories back. I only do that when I am going out. Its a nice cushion because when I go out I like to get what I want and have a couple drinks.

You don't have to eat a garden. The healthiest way for the body to obtain those nutrients is through food instead of vitamin supplements. I try to get those nutrients from food. Green leafy vegetables and salmon are an excellent source of those nutrients. Baby spinach instead of lettuce in a salad? You can also get calcium from dairy products. Take a multivitamin if you want but please do not take 10 potassium supplement vitamins.

I think they have improved it quite a bit but I joined in 2011. Especially the frozen food. I've brought some extra food to one of my friends who isn't on nutrisystem and she was quite impressed with it.

Same thing was happening to me and went to black coffee cold turkey one day. I feel so much better. If I come across coconut milk I will try it. Did you try unsweetened almond milk? If you have more calories to play around with they do make a chocolate or vanilla flavored.
