I also think it is useless lol :P Yes it has good vitamins and minerals, but I prefer to get that from other foods. So for me, almond milk is a fatty sugary drink with no protein!

I am new as well. I am finding it hard to be under the recommended sugar intake, i usually come close to exceeding it my lunch time. I like to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, does anyone have any suggestions as to which fruits and vegetables are lower on the glycemic index?
