I think the smile says it all. Great job!

I agree with others. Plan and use Monday as weigh in day.
-
You're doing so great! You look awesome girl, WTG!!
-
@backinthenines-I saw that it was a half. I was using marathon as a general term. my bad.

I'm a SAHM and I go to the gym at 5 am, waking up at 4. Sometimes I will work in doing the 30 day shred, which my 1 year old finds hilarious. When the weather is nicer I have a jogging stroller to use. I know it can be so hard, but you are worth making time for!

I always do. I have the mirena now so the flow isn't an issue but before I got it, it was. The funny thing is, at least for me, when I worked out the cramps were SO much better and the heaviness of the bleeding was not as bad. Not to mention I didn't feel as biznatchy.

How much time do you have until the marathon?
-
This is what I would do. You can also use salsa as a "dressing"
-
I agree with PP. You can do the weeks as many time as it takes until you get to a point where you can go forward. It's the skipping ahead that's probably not the best idea.

I have cereal quite a bit. Usually do a mix of different kinds. I weigh them out on my scale. I was really sad the other day when I bought the Newman's Own Vanilla cereal and measured out the portion, I think I'll stick to my Kashi/Fiberone original mix,....

SWEET! Thanks for doing that!

Live in GA and use LA fitness. It's seriously less than 2 miles from my house! I just wish they opened earlier than 8 on the weekends :(
-
Holy Moly, you look fantastic!!
-
FTR-I didn't say everyone wants to do a fad diet, I just said that I can see why others would find them appealing.

recumbent bikes I'm not a huge fan of, but the "spin" bikes, especially if you are doing a spin class can be killer and burn just as much as a running session. If you go to a spin class you will see puddles of sweat on the floor at almost every bike once the class is done.

You look great! I agree with a PP's who said you look younger and your skin is beautiful! WTG!
-
That is amazing. What the human body (and mind!) can overcome is astounding.
-
I agree. I can see why people try those fads. They want the weight off and they want it off now, everyone wants that. But the truth is, it's not going to happen. It's also so satisfying to work hard and do the right things to get it off and to do something in fitness you thought you could never do. For me it's running,…

WW (at least from the old points system) told you to eat back up to 10, I think, exercise points. The general consensus was that 100 cal burned=1 point.
-
You look AWESOME. And I agree, you are a very beautiful woman!
-
Congrats! I agree about asking your doctor/OB about how to eat and what type of exercise you should/can do. Happy and healthy 9 months! You should check out babycenter.com!
-
The only thing I can think of is if you are getting enough fiber?
-
My DH used one (granted a LONG time ago) and it actually burned him to the point he has a little scar on his tummy!
-
Official weight for today 2/7/11-182.2
-
nevermind. I figured out what it is, I'm just not sure how to use it.
-
I have no idea what google docs is,...can someone explain please?
-
EXACTLY. It's a birthDAY not birthDAYS or birthWEEKS. Just picture something nasty happened to it.
-
Sounds good to me! Thank you!!
-
Agreed! When its nice outside and it's just you and the great outdoors (and maybe some music) time goes by much faster. Plus when you are outside you are actually GOING somewhere! I think just getting up and doing it is half the battle. Once I'm doing it, I feel great.

I'm ok with Monday weigh ins. I usually weigh in Sundays but it will help me from not relaxing too much after my Sunday weigh in. p.s. I'm not good at graphs and/or charts, so I probably am not the best to figure out how to make and keep up with it.
