I definitely see a big difference. Keep doing what you are doing. As all have already said, give it more time.

Find out what your daily calorie amount should be..MFP. and eat to this calories amount. Input your food in the diary (weighted for accuracy). I searched the hcg diet... wow. I would be starving, and at least 40 shots of a unknown chemical in my body...I could never do that. Glad you lost the weight, now you need to learn…
-
You can always have half the burger also... I usually incorporate them into my calorie goal. Can make it a weekly goal too, so you eat the burger then the next few day eat less cals to make up for it. Doing some exercise also helps burn the burger off...hehe

They definitely are some "fruity" people...

What a life change. Wish you the best. Let us know how the mri goes, anything found out to cause this. Some people do not realize how good they have it having no medical issues. I always tell people they don't know how good/lucky they are to not have to deal with Daily pain !

Looks good to me. I am very weak so I use very little weights, hoping in time to increase.
-
OP, I have been following this thread and I commend you. You have handled all the commits nicely and are truly learning from the experience posters. Some may seem harsh but they are Mostly trying to help you. Good Luck to YOU.
-
HAHA !!! This made me chuckle.

Three weeks is not long enough. You need to do a certain test (dex scan?) to get a true body fat %. otherwise they are guessing. so don't take it to seriously. You cannot control where the fat comes off, sorry. Keep doing what you are doing and you will see changes.
-
Did you take measurements before starting? hips, thighs, arms Do you weight /measure your food (food scale) ? are you really eating 1200cal.? What is your goal? lose weight, less body fat %, gain muscle
-
I would say you still have a eating disorder. Seek professional help. You do not need to lose weight (27") and you seem to know what healthy food and eating is you need guidance and a healthy meal plan which a good dietician can do for you. Good luck.
-
I suggest you get your doctor to recommend a dietician. Not a nutritionist. They truly are a big help, esp. with diabetes.
-
Depends on your goals. For weight loss, it is the same, same amount of cal. burn. Do what you enjoy. If you are trying to build strength or endurance, do the appropriate exercise.
-
Wow, I didn't catch that. :| After two years to come back and reopen this. I wonder if she lost weight in the meantime. Nice catch.

NO. There is no magic pill to mobilize fat. Think about it, if this was true nobody would be overweight. OP, save your money on magic pills, cleanses, etc... Eat at a calories deficit. Exercise if you want.
-
I believe that is what I have. I use the IFit program for walking paths. google maps I do like mine. I only use it when I cannot walk outside.
-
Sounds like you are doing a lot right, but are you measuring your food/drink intake? weighting it or measuring cups? Starvation mode is NOT true, you don't eat more to lose, and there is no need to cleanse, your body does this already-kidneys. Find the correct calories to eat (mfp). Weigh your foods.. all of them, protein…

OMG....LOL.....what the heck... I cant stop laughing !!! thanks. (LEAVE ME ALONE)

and This ^. The dietary point is up to the op to disclose. diabetic, hp, allergies, etc Many advise with disclaimer... "except if you have a medical condition"..
-
Not this. You do not eat more to lose weight.
-
This. You probably are not in a calorie deficit. How do you measure your food/drink? It is sooo easy to eat more than you think you are.
-
How are different sugars digested differently? When broken down do they all end up the same in the body?
-
The body does not know the difference in sugar from fruit to frosting. Check with your dietician. OP, most people track carbs, fat, protein and let the rest land where they may, while eating at your calorie goal. A medical condition is the exception. ( for men 1500 cal. at lowest) unless super short. Good luck.

This.

I like my fitbit charge hr. But you wear it all day to get the best estimate for cal. burn. I have compared it to another one with strap, doing cardio (jogging) and both were close to same burn amount. As all have said, doesn't work good for weightlifting. It gives me at least a ideal of what I am burning but I realize it…
-
Wow... this is awesome !!! seen the first post of the map. Impressive. Hope it was fun in ways also....hehe Great job

2 years is a long time. To put your mind at ease I would get these number^ checked. can't hurt. All you lose is a little time and money (well spent). I started symptoms in my late 30's. Once you find out then you can move on confident in what steps you are taking in weight loss. jmo

Been there, but a bit older.. Best advice from me... Log everything you eat accurately to get the deficit. Walk when you can. I was 138 in jan/feb now 125. It is a slow loss but can be done. The closer to goal weight the slower the loss and more accurate you have to be. Good Luck.

Must be hypo... I had hyper and lost a lot of weight and was Very tired. I had mine removed... It will take some time to get the meds. right for you, but in the end cico is what works. For weight loss, eat at a calorie deficit and exercise, like you are.... and the weight will come off. Not sure what "changes you are…
