New to Fitbit. Any tips before setup.
Hi All, I just got my FitBit charge HR, after waiting a month. Before I start on fitbit.com does anybody have advice on what to do and not to do. I would hate to get started and mess it up. Thanks. CR

Last Christmas one of my sons gifted me a pair of hiking/sport pants. They are a size small.. I tried them on today and THEY FIT... I am amazed ! My yoga pants are large/medium. new to mfp- yoyo on exercise
Just joined, hoping to loose a few pounds and live a healthy life. My trouble is exercise. I do great for a couple weeks then stop. Then a month later I start all over again. Anybody else having trouble being consistent. Hoping this site will help me out. Look forward to visiting all the postings. Have a great day.
