I just got a fitbelt yesterday, but have not tried it yet.. hoping to this weekend. I got it b.c of the reviews. Premium running belt.... I think it says two colors, which is not big deal to me, I like the features.

It may have something to do with my security features...idk. Can get frustrating. I use an old laptop in my living room just to check out internet, no work or ordering going on with it.. so maybe I need to take it in and have it cleaned up. I should load an "ad blocker".

I did the same on cleaning out the friend count. I usually just use the food diary and read some discussions... rarely have I started a disc. but I will ask a question on a active one just so I don't have to start one..hehe Wow, knee surgery, sorry. I am assuming it is just my computer, but the ads on this site slow the loading WAY down... I don't have this problem on other sites so it makes me wonder if others are getting the drag down time on mfp due to advertising. Anybody else, or just me?

Ahhh, sun chips. I just finished off a bag. Well, it lasted at least a week. Working a bag of low sodium plain chips this week.. chips are the only good thing I can find that goes good with a turkey sandwich at lunch. I like the old time horror movies. I love Fridays..... my day to NOT HAVE TO COOK DINNER.

Assume it is just your taste changing. Soda is to syrupy to me. Take out is to salty. I did fast food the other day, and thought I would enjoy it... nope ...tasted terrible and threw out most of it. Did you do any physical therapy in your rehab ? post surgery I would keep doing what the p.t had you doing. Or ask your p.t what you should be doing at home. If you did not see a pt after surgery, I would request one from your doctor. You definitely don't want to damage the repairs.

Question.... does lifting weights have the talked about 24 hour calorie burn? I have heard it is good to weight lift b.c you will burn calories all day from it and I have heard that it is not enough to even consider.

Did you put your information in so mfp can figure what your calorie amount should be? if yes, then you go to the food, diary, and input your food you ate, or going to eat.

Awesome !!!! Thank you. The industry is good at marketing to women by using a word toning. But if it gets them to lift weights, great. Toning is weight lifting. (correct?)

I never associated it to food. I get it randomly and is very annoying. Doctor put me on an antihistamine to help. Air pressure seems to effect me. Diving in a car on a windy day, or if the windows are going up/down a lot. I also have terrible weak neck... hummm... wonder if this is effecting it also.

This. must be the exercises you are logging.. if you log some exercises it will give you more calories. People usually eat back around half those exercise calories given.

I check them, but I mainly look at calories. I watch the protein and fiber and just think... hummm I need more of those, better check my food choices. But mainly calories. I think it depends more on how much you exercise also... weight lifting usually want more protein.
