There are flavored drops you can add to your water. My daughter does not like the taste of water so she adds a few drops to make it easier to drink. It adds very few calories so might be an option for you. Edit: dasani, mio, and power aide are a few of the brands.

Focus on the small things...like improved energy levels or perhaps feeling a new muscle after exercising or improving memory or being able to walk further or faster. The scales are not always an accurate measure of the improvement in your health. Try getting an inexpensive pedometer. Just track your activity levels the…

Fish, lean meats, fresh and frozen veggies...very few starches such as potatoes, rice, bread, etc. No soda and only very occasional treats (ie ice cream, etc) I…

You can buy name brand stuff (Neutrogena, Olay, etc.) or just buy a store brand. Either one works well and store brands are cheaper.

Maybe take a couple of classes...kickboxing, RIPPED, etc. Some type of activity that will shake up your body a little bit, use all of your major muscle groups, and jump start the process again?

I did the same thing at first, consoling myself that one "bad" day a week was okay. For me, it wasn't okay. I had to learn to modify my "bad" days. I have gone…

I had terrible flabby arms...I started doing BodyPump (group weight lifting/training class) and cardio kickboxing and really put my all into the punches/jabs/crosses, etc. and I've now begun to notice some difference. I think I'll have to live with some of it, though, due to genetics. Overall reduction in weight/body fat…
