Thank goodness I'm not the only one experiencing this. Noticed it last night.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! What a wierd and stupid thing!

I have this continually and had yesterday's adjustment simply disappear. Is it possible that there is a conflict if you use both the app and the dongle on a PC to sync up? I find that the 2 don't always display the same data for a day.
-
Auntie, your FitBit should sync multiple times a day but not post duplicate entries. I'm having the same issue. It's not normal. I too have deleted duplicates and one that's just zero calories. This is a new problem.

I know Planet Fitness doesn't approve but I like my hikers. I wear some Keens in my basement man-cave gym.

I believe the ergonomic standard for time studies has the average walk at 3 mph. If you get to 4 or 4.5 I'd think that's a good fast walk.

60

Shoot. I'd log it as 45 minutes of circuit training if you fit all of this in.
-
It may simply be loose. If you tighten it you'll need to know how to align it as well. It's pretty simple.
-
If you look up under cardio there are weight training selections that you can choose. Those will give you calories back.
-
How about 2 small pads, one for either cheek?

This may sound dumb but I love to occasionally work out (strength train) in my jeans and hiking boots. Mainly when I'm too lazy to change into my workout clothes. The jeans and boots make me feel stronger for some strange reason. Incidentally, I work out at home in the basement so no rules to abide by. Just my own.

You may want to dial your MFP activity level down to low and let the FitBit dictate all of the calories you're burning. It may not matter but that's what I do. There's also a negative mode that can subtract calories if activity is too low or below what MFP thinks you will burn by the end of the day. Try tweaking with those…
so you lost by deficiency ? how to know how i have to deficit ? and about the photo :P
When you answer MFP's questions about your current weight, your activity level and how much you want to lose, they'll prescribe the amount of calories you should eat daily. If you eat up to that number you'll be at their…

If I need protein and don't have many calories to spare, it's what I do. It has a good calorie to protein ratio.
-
If you want more inexpensive choices there's some great calisthenics out there that can be done at home. Pull ups Planks (front and side) Air squats Lunges I'm sure there's many more. These are some of my favorites.

Need proteins.

Yes, water, coffee, beer,...

5 minutes front (then 20 push ups), 1.5 minutes per side, every other day. Boring and painful!
-
Shoot! I think you did great. I tend to eat entire pizzas when I'm "weak."
-
When I thought I was eating mint candy in the bulk foods area and it turned out to be wasabi morsels. Wow!

I'll drink a couple of regular or heavy beers a day over the weekend. I occasionally drink a light beer for dinner during the week. In either case I make sure it fits within my caloric goal. That's where the additional weekend exercises come in handy.

Here's a blog post on this very subject: http://blog.myfitnesspal.com/2014/08/does-fasted-cardio-really-burn-more-fat/

I love my Total Gym. I have a bench that has a back that reclines along with a full set of dumb bells (3 - 80 lbs). For cardiovascular I have an eliptical. It needs to be pretty cold, icey or wet before I use it instead of running outside. Almost forgot about the stationary bike. Here again, a ride outside is preffered.

I do this every vacation. Monday is coming. Put on your game face and prepare to set your metabolism on fire. On Monday it's back to the program of foods that fit the caloric intake and by all means move! You are a MACHINE!
-
Eat when you're hungry and don't when you're not.
-
Right on. Right on.
-
It's cheaper than cigars.
-
I obsess over it. If I don't I'll eat more than I should.
