I have Fitbit One...honestly love it for same reasons already listed. I have found that I am far busier than I gave myself credit for (which was what prompted the investment, I wanted an accurate TDEE, now am leary of how high it is) on MFP and am struggling with deciding if I should eat back at least some of my exercise…

I am here as well, gets me quite discouraged...I quit smoking 15 months ago and gained 20lbs, I started my "lifestyle change"(dont't like the word diet) in November at 186, now float between 151-154, goal is 145. I am 5'8 medium frame so yes at a healthy weight but just really want the 145 and toner and healthy and it is…

Not overweight here, although would like to get to 145, currently 151. I did start at 185 in November though(quit smoking and gained 20lbs bringing me to 185) and joined this site just a couple months ago for added accountability and great reviews. These last few lbs are stubborn as heck though.

I have to say I absolutely LOVE this thread...I would put a picture but don't know how, I started with 26.5 inches and am now 24 inches, which is great improvement, but my thighs have been hard for me since I was a teen, now 33 and reading thru this gives me so much more confidence about them and I just want to say thank…

I have the same issue with my thighs since I implemented strengthening exercises about a month ago.....I can surely tell that they are getting more muscle to them but they also grew initially and now just don't move one way or another. It is a huge frustration but as I was reading online I came across a site to determine…

Thanks! I do strengthening as well 4-5 days a week already, maybe a workout video such as P90x would be a good idea. I have heard it kicks your butt!

Welcome to MFP:). My suggestion is to make sure you log everything and follow what MFP tells you as far as calorie and other nutritional info. I personally don't eat back all of my exercise calories though, everyone is a little different with this but I see it pointless to eat if I am not hungry so therefore I don't. I…

I am 5'8 and currently 156, down from 186...my goal is 145-150. I am bigger framed and am told anything below 145 is an unhealthy look for me. I also think it depends hugely on how tone you would like to be as well, thin vs tone/healthy are not always the same thing.
