  • I hit a 4 month plateau and it was very frustrating. I got out of it by pushing harder. That's what I would recommend if you are indeed eating right. Remember the closer you get to your goal or ideal weight the harder it is to lose lbs. Also remember to not only focus on numbers on scale because its not really the best…
  • Comfortable and confident with herself:)
  • Need to follow this as this is my goal as well and not real sure how to go about it exactly or if what I am doing is right. Lots of great info here:)
  • I go out roughly once a week and I like to have my drinks when I do and eat...hasn't effected me. I do still workout 5-6 days a week and do eat roughly 1700 calories, that's not including my night out calorie intake though. I am 5'8 and 145-148lbs. You should be fine but also pay attention to what you drink, I make a point…
  • This is my biggest struggle....mfp by days end and accounting fitbit calories etc requires 130 or more grams 90% of the time...I struggle hitting this number while also hitting my calorie goal given...normally i end the day with only 40-60 grams protein and I know its not enough, it is driving me crazy...I do seafood,…
  • I strongly recommend the Fitbit One....it is worn on waist band or bra strap or similar. I have had mine for 9 months and love it. I don't like watches or bulky and this one is far from either of those so it works great for me. It may be a bit more pricey than some but reading reviews the one is better than so many of them…
  • Thank you!! I will do this when weather allows...hopefully sooner vs later!
  • Never heard of this how do u calibrate it? I have my height entered on the site but is this different?
  • Thanks for the input and awesome job on maintenance. I am trying to get comfortable with maintaining but it still kind of freaks me out
  • I checked all my settings and they are accurate unless I am missing something. I also find it strange that I don't lose, not that I am trying anymore really but seems like I would.
  • I was losing on that but I was burning a few hundred more so more like 3200-3400 then when I hit maintenance I did let up a little on exercising quite as much. But I stil eat that amount yet fitbit says I burn close to double what I eat and I am not losing anymore.
  • I will also say that I was only 8 lbs from ultimate goal when I started 30ds though and I think where you are from a health/physical standpoint plays a huge role in what you will lose by doing this or any video.
  • To everyone who wanted me to come back with updates on what I decdied and what worked....I have lost 6 lbs since posting this and I worked harder, burned more and dropped my calorie intake from 1950-1750 and didn't eat back my exercise calories. I did most working out Mon-Fri, walking, running and video everyday...on sat…
  • I did 30ds last month and I didn't lose a lb nor an inch..I did however notice differences in my body and the toner look it got. I am now just finishing up ripped in 30, have 3 days left and have lost 5.5 lbs plus 3 inches. I would recommend finishing the one you are doing and after ripped in 30 just to prepare your body…
  • I ordered this today and plan to start as soon as it arrives...just finished 30DS and want another to change it up although I def enjoyed 30DS as well.
  • Feel free to add me as well:). I aim for 25000 steps during the week, all 10 flights of stairs and 90 minutes of high activity and 15000 on weekends and 60 minutes of high activity.. Weekday goals are always hit and mostly exceeded, weekends are my opportunity:)
  • I have and it is in initial post...that hasn't moved either....w 29, hips 36, thighs 23.5...etc and has been the same for a few months.
  • Thanks to everyone for posting.....a couple answers to some things asked..... 1. I got the fitbit to track burn more accurately cuz at that time I had pretty much quit losing as well so thought it would help for accuracy. 2. I only drink water and coffee..2-3 cups of coffee and a lot of water..with every meal, snack and…
  • I started 30 day Shred 6 days ago:)
  • 5'8, currently 151-153...Happy here as my initial goal was 158 but lowered goal to 145, however I am told I am thin by many and not to lose anymore, just to continue toning, so we shall see:).

  • I am in and mine will be snacking randomly, instead I will stick to my diary instead of altering it to accommodate snacking...I run a daycare and seem to snack a tad everytime the kids eat a meal or have a snack...a few crackers, few fries, chicken nuggets.....bites of stuff and not cuz I am hungry but because I make extra…
  • I am doing this and the closer I get to my goal weight the more this happens. It is very discouraging! Are you close to your goal or healthy weight or maybe already at a healthy weight...I know I am technically at a healthy weight and have been told that is why it is happening even though my goal is still 8 lbs away.…
  • 2700.. I run a daycare which is busy but also workout and/or walk daily....33yrs, 5'8 152lbs, medium frame.
  • I currently am taking Meijer brand Centry Mature......I take this or the generic brand sold at family fare...the key is to make sure they have 100% of iodine and selenium in them though. It is not in a lot of the brand name vitamins though, I have only seen them both in the generics.
  • I had suspicion with my thyroid as it runs heavy in my family...I read on it a lot about 8 months ago and the most common thing I saw was increasing iodine and selenium intake to balance it out. However also read and found that selenium is more common and easily found in food and vitamins but iodine is not...I did research…
  • Thanks everyone...I will trust my fitbit and shoot for 1800-2000 daily and if it goes a little higher occasionally I won't stress it considering tdee is 2800:). I will stick with small weekly losses but continuous losses, which is most important:)
  • Thank you:). That means a lot and I agree with the scale piece just so hard to not achieve the initial goal.
