How do you guys check to see if you are big-boned, medium-framed etc.? I always thought I was medium/large-framed, but the other day I checked online to see how this is measured, and according to several sources, I am small-framed!! I am 5'3.5-5'4 and 142.5lbs (down from 198lbs!)

Using my HRM, and setting the resistance to around 10 out of 20 on the elliptical, I burn around 750 calories in an hour. The machine estimated a little more, but maybe was off by 20-30 calories.

I am the same way...I love makeup!! Even at my biggest I always took care of my skin, hair and makeup, and still TRIED to look cute. I got the FT4, but the bronze version....works really well :) I am sure the FT4M works just the same...I think the only difference is that the M version is meant to be for men, but since you can adjust the settings for your height, gender and weight etc. in the watch, it shouldn't be any different.

Yes definitely! Could be because I feel a lot more comfortable in my own skin and so that translates to a lot more physical contact and not hiding in the dark under the sheets! Not to mention flexibility and stamina, lol!
