Day 2, I looked! I Know I know Shame on me!!!!! But really tomorrow - I am NOT looking, and won't for a month. Wow, that's a long time. I usually weigh myself and take my measurements on Wednesdays - is it still ok to take my measurements?

I agree Julie! I thought if I am not losing much weight only logging my exercise calories, how would I benefit from logging EVERYTHING else I do and in turn having to eat more???? But I do log in some other things, like healthier_me said- very heavy cleaning, mowing the lawn...that sort of thing.

If you have to have a big, juicy burger - and nothing else will satisfy you - The best thing to do is to cook it yourself at home, and use lean hamburger. I heard that a homemade cheeseburger is a lot better than a cheeseburger you would order at a restaraunt or fast food place. (don't really know why) Also, just work it…

I saw results pretty quickly, BUT I think that was because I was a heavy pop drinker and I quit drinking them completely when I started this diet. After about 4 weeks my weight loss slowed down dramatically. So now I am wondering when I will start to see results again! But I am hangning in there, and so should you!!!

I have the same problem, so I don't really have any good advice for you - but we are in the same boat. It makes it so much harder not to give up, because I think I am working hard and not losing so why not eat that cheeseburger??? lol I just keep telling myself, I must be healthier whether I know it or not! I saw that last night! I can't believe he did that! He should have definately got the boot, I hate cheaters too. I just think it was crappy of him to that, because the show is about losing weight and those people work their butts off - and for someone to cheat and gain weight AS A STRATEGY - I just think thats awful.

Just remember - calories are not the only thing mt. dew has in it - it is loaded with sugar! So if you are not watching your sugar intake, I say drink up! but if you are, I would consider trying the diet version. Just my 2 cents =)
