YAY!!!!!!!! SV and NSV are all very important to keep us moving and interested in weight loss!!!! (at least to me!). I remember when I went from 199.6 to 210lb.....that was very frustrating to see the scale climbing! Right now, I'm at 201.5 and I can't wait to see 199lb!!!!!!!! Congrats again!!!!! Jancie

Just remember....your health is what makes you beautiful not the scale number! Surround yourself with positive people, find things (not food related) that make you happy! I would try to add some more fruits and veggies in. You can think of low calorie ways to eat these as well. Snack suggestions- celery + PB Carrots + hummus Rice cakes Roasted cauliflower or roasted chickpeas Hope this helps!

I'm super busy between work, studying for finals and all. So, T25 is nice and short! I typically have been doing the workout in the AM followed by more cardio in the evening. My left hip is starting to hurt though....too much squatting perhaps!
