I have changed my snacking habits....I use to keep crackers etc in the house. I also have cut out ice cream and most sweets. If I snack, it's typically nuts, fruits or carrots. I believe more exercise would be beneficial...

My neurologist thinks they are related to my menstrual cycle...so I take a OCP (without taking placebo)....beta-blocker and SSRI. I take a multivitamin and magnesium. Hi Meghan! Graduate school was a tough time for me! Lots of late night studying....managing the home....ordering takeout....no time for anything..... I'm glad you're getting on it now! I hit my highest weight ever at graduation... I'm turning 30 (in 10 days!)...and I'm trying to get back in shape!!!!! Kudos to you!!!!!

Congrats to you!!! I'm sure you're loving your new addition. Are you breastfeeding? You'll drop pounds with that quickly. Make sure you are eating enough to support you and little one if so. Exercise? Walking with the little one before it gets too cold?

You've been diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa? Do you see a MD or dietician? Sounds like this would be the best bet so you know you're getting all your nutrients and calories. Plus, great to have a relationship with someone who knows you and your personal situation! Does your coach know?

My advice....don't buy into the containers! Way overpriced! Green = 1 cup veggies Purple =1 cup fruit Yellow = 1/2 cup starch/carb Red= 3/4 protein Orange =2 1/2 Tbsp Dressing/seeds Blue= 1/4 cup cheese, nuts, avocado, coconut Pinterest has a ton of information on this system!!!!! You're BMI would be 14.9 at 110lbs.....under weight on the BMI chart is <18.5. With your 70lb weight loss that would put you in the 170's....with a BMI 23.3 (Normal weight). I would recommend you seek an opinion of a medical professional (doctor...psychologist etc).

I find that banana or orange cover up the green taste! I use to drink smoothies every morning and it'd be: 1-2 handfuls spinach, celery, 1/2 orange or banana, greek yogurt, sometimes flax seed and water to help blend.

I don't think one meal is going to make a difference..... peoples comments can be some rude sometimes!

Much of your initial weight loss will be water weight! Im my past weight loss journeys, I've lost 3-4 lbs the first week! Like others said, as long as you're eating right (staying within calories, vegetables, fruits, proteins, carbs...) the weight will come off!!! Congrats! Keep it up!
