Who writes down goals where you can see them?
I use to keep my goal in my mind, but it was hard to accomplish them and feel like I've achieved it!
I recently started using my dry erase board to write my weight down, in addition to MFP. I also made a sheet in my notebook like this......http://countdowntoprincess.blogspot.com .

i have a notebook which has my starting measurements (neck, chest, waist, hips, thigh + weight) and every week i take my measurements. i have goals written in black & white of each of those i just listed. it is great to see those inches melting away, slowly but surely! having it written really helps me stay in contact with why i am doing this.0
