I teach middle school reading. I always have a hard time eating during lunch, because I am doing way to many other things. I usually bring Zone protein bars, which I find fill me up and I can eat hem quickly.

Unfortunately, I have started this a few times. :( I always seem to stop at week 4. Need to try again, and actually stick to it. My husband is an avid runner, so I have definitely seen how running helps you physically, but just not motivated to go out in the cold and run.
