I set a goal of doing a half marathon every month for 2015. Did the first one of the year February 14 doing one March 28 one in April and Indy Mini May 2nd. I will tell you that I don't run I'm a walker. I average av15:25 min pace. Good luck everyone.

A lady at a fitness store told me that people of my size really shouldn't do long distance running/walking. Needless to say I'm signed up to do my 4th half marathon in less than a year lol.

I have re started the program after doing lots of exercises and walking I find it lots easier
