Yay - another pound gone...forever I hope.

Yay....I lost 1 pound this week so lets see if I can keep it up.

I stayed the same this week. sorry I couldnt record a loss - good on everyone else.

Lost 0.6 lb this week so going in the right direction.

I'm late logging too - thought I would wait until my weight settles down after our train trip (which was fantastic) but have to stay honest and say I have gained 0.8 lb. well done everyone else

Just a small loss this week 0.2 lb and tomorrow we go on our train trip which means not much exercise for me and eating out for a week but I hope I can still make wise choices.
