Jackie, how awful, what did you eat! Not a good way to lose weight. That's something I've never had! Glad you are feeling better for your EASTER egg on Sunday.
Me, weight wise, maintaining, hence not posting.

I am logging in late, sorry to say I had a gain of one pound. After all settles down I will be back at it.
I am signing up for MFP walking challenge for 30 days. Maybe that will help with the weight loss.

I'm late logging too - thought I would wait until my weight settles down after our train trip (which was fantastic) but have to stay honest and say I have gained 0.8 lb.
well done everyone else0 -

I'd like to join this group if you all don't mind. I'm back from Abu Dhabi and unfortunately I have put on like 10 extra pounds onto the 20 I already wanted to lose!! Retirement is great but I notice that I am not as active as I was before. I think this commitment will assist me in getting back to where I want to be. What day do you weigh in and report your gains or losses? Thanks Phyllis0

Of course you can join us Phyllis . We weigh in on Fridays, good or bad. Happy to have you with us.0

Thanks Sandy, I am looking forward to loads of encouragement and motivation. Phyllis0
