I see I am the first here to report. I did lose but only .02 lbs this week. I have been struggling up and down for weeks now.
I did substitute one meal for a smoothie either breakfast or lunch to see the scale go down but it only creeped.
I will do the same for next week and hopefully see some better results.

Not happy today a 1.8 gain and I have to get a grip on this weight. I have been losing the same pounds up and down
for weeks now. I can see it in my clothes. Better days ahead.

QqHappy to report a lost of 5 pounds since I been on this vegan diet ( 2 weeks) time will tell if this is the diet for me. I know my body is responding to it an I truly loving the foods. So far it's looking good.maybe after 7 years of searching for a plan to follow I did missed Greek yogurt at first . Now I just grab a piece of fruit instead

I don,t really know how much I lost here but will report that I am down to 188 the lowest f have been in 7 years. Since I been posting here. Looks like it might be 2 pounds since last week
Happy happy now my new goal is the 170's by thanksgiving

Marie you are doing amazing. You are lower than me now. I have to get a handle on this. Ever since Dave retired my scale
has been going up and my will power is failing. I have to get a handle on this my clothes are becoming snug.
I spent two days at Kathy's seeing Isaac and off my eating plan.
Now back at it today and hopefully better results by next Friday. Next Friday we are leaving for our first cruise of the
season so I will report before we leave in the morning.
This week was a 1.6 gain.

Morning,
Not much time to elaborate today. We are leaving this morning on our sailing club cruise. Nasty weather predicted
later in the day so we are leaving early this morning.
I am happy to report a 2.2 lb loss this morning.
I will be putting my exercise on the Newsfeed.

I will not be weighing in this week. I am leaving myself some time to lose after the week at the cottage. We are leaving
today for a wedding in Michigan for the weekend and eating again! I will try and be smart at the my choices. Always hard
eating on the road. This is a 6 hour drive.
Have a great weekend and see you when I get back.

Love the new picture Sandy!
We are here at one of the ports in Toronto. We are staying at the club for one more day and then moving on.
We will be sailing around here until Friday and then heading home. I will not be entering my weight this week again
but hope to catch up with all of you after that. I am walking a lot and got my 20,000 steps badge with my Fit Bit.
My feet feel it today.

Okay I am weighing in today because I will be leaving tonight for the Yoga Retreat with my daughter Kristina.
We will be eating vegetarian all weekend.
So I got on the scale after my week off on the boat and I gained 3.2 pounds. I have also joined the Thanksgiving
challenge for losing 20 pounds by Thanksgiving. I guess I need some motivation.
Our group seems to be twindling. Everyone is busy with summer.

Gained 1 lb which isn't as bad as I thought but will get back to my old routine.... fewer digestive biscuits!!0
