May I join your pound a week club? I will do a weigh in tomorrow (Monday, March 2). I have had breakfast, water, coffee today and I want to start out first thing in the am with fasting weight. This is really the new year! Spring is the real new beginning. I am ready to begin fresh and make a new year commitment. Once I figure out how, I want to photo my breakfasts as Bob does. What fun! Our weigh in is every Friday. If you want to do Monday that is okay too but next time weigh in on Friday's.

I will join you on Friday weigh in as well. Confession time....I've been a bad girl. I do great during the day. It is the evil bed time snack that kills my good intentions. Having great sneaker friends to help me will be great. Friday it is!! Next Friday I hope I will be a proud member of the pound a week club!0

Okay my good sneaker friends...I have lost 2 lbs. since my last weigh in. Of course that was a couple of weeks ago. But I am on track with the pound a week club.0

Welcome to the club Patsy.
I've lost count of where I am with posting my erratic weight but all I know is I'm now a pound over the 12 stone I use as my "DO NOT EVER cross this line again" marker so am really cross with myself. IF I'm correct this means I'm 3 lbs up in 3 weeks so when Sandy returns she can give me a sad, sad face next to my confession!!
Back to the drawing board!

I can't believe I forgot to post on Friday. I am doing the 20 lb until Easter challenge and forgot to post here.
Well I saw above that I stated that I will maintain on the vacation. DIDN'T HAPPEN
I gained 4.2 lbs. I did lose 8 before vacation so I will back it and hopeful for a loss by Friday.
I am still getting back normal after vacation and having no water so I am not surprised I forgot to post.
Good luck my friends until Friday.

Not sure what happened this morning, but,
Lost 2lbs (wasn't sure where the 3 lb gain previously came from either!)
Still in shock! 1 lb off maintenance.0 -
All of you sort of had a break the week I was gone and now that I am back......there better be all losses on Friday............. including myself since I gained three pounds on vacation.0

I was doing so well there for a while...I weighed this morning and ....I had gained 2 pounds! I need a renewed effort and more discipline. I need fire in my belly and determination! Aaaaaaargh!0

Sandy, you did great after a cruise and only gaining 1.1 pounds. Great job!!
Having a heck of a time this week losing but I did, I squeezed .04 pounds down on the scale but not for trying. I walked twice this week and kept up my Yoga. Still trying to get off vacation weight. I will continue to be determined.
Today doing some cardio. Hubby left this morning for ice fishing so I better be good when he is gone. I tend to want to snack more watching TV.

Good Grief! I forgot to check in! I lost .5 but as you all recall, I had a 2 pound gain last week. So I am working on the 1 and 1/2 pound gain now. It is that two steps back, I half step forward thing! Aaaaaargh! Putting in a bit more exercise tonight. Maybe I can regain some headway this week.

I got a nice surprise on the scale and did lose. Not big but I will take it.

Jumped on the scales this morning expecting to have gained about 4 lbs but delighted to report that although nothing lost I've remained the same so drinking lots of water seems to be flushing out all that extra sodium I took on board last week.... phew!! Next week I lose (hopefully!)

Just a small loss this week 0.2 lb and tomorrow we go on our train trip which means not much exercise for me and eating out for a week but I hope I can still make wise choices.
