Good morning,
A very rainy and blustery day. Those days when you had to get up for work and didn't want too. Now I just stay in bed because I can!
I did lose 3.4 lb. this week from last week and what I gained during our trip to Annapolis. Now the journey
continues.

Because I was frustrated at my 1 lb going on and off each week I stopped weighing myself for about 3 weeks so was amazed to see yesterday that I've lost about 4 lbs. This means I reached my end of summer goal but have no idea how I did it!! Now I just have to concentrate on keeping it off!

I want to congratulate Jackie on a great loss from last week.
I on the other hand am up 2.6 pounds. I can't seem to get the scale to go down
It's been an up and down coaster ride for a while now. No excuses next week
I will get down and keep going. I have to make some adjustments.

Hello
Well I changed some things up and started a different eating plan. A little more bread on this plan which I think I might change up a little because of the carbs. I did lose 1.2 pounds this week. The funny thing about this plan it is from the Diabetes Detour book and more bread than I am used too.
