    Marie, fantastic, you are doing marvelous. Maybe you can let me know your secret. I have gone to hell in a hand basket with my weight.
    I hope the new year brings better things.

    I am up 1.6 pounds I just can't seem to get it together. I will be changing my ticker after the holidays and get back to my discipline. A busy time of year and so much to do.
    Now to get some chores done.

    Good morning,
    Our group seems to be dwindling but after Christmas I certainly will need this thread :)

    Well nothing special to report, I stayed the same. I am still exercising 6 days a week I think that is the only thing saving me from gaining big time. I will be here faithfully in January because I have a goal to take off these pounds before my trip to Jamaica in February. After Christmas I will change my ticker and start fresh again.

    Good job Marie! I am not weighing in until January when like Shirley I will get down to business and lose the ten pounds I have gained. Our cruise is March 1, so that is my goal date.

    Sandy, you and me this January. You have your cruise and I have my resort which I will be in my bathing suit everyday. If that doesn't give you incentive I don't know what will. :p

    Thanks for inviting me to join, although I am not very good with the Internet etc. Big congrats to Marie. I'm maintaining, but after slap up dinner for grandsons birthday I will have to watch it, the scale was just nudging over 130lbs this morning. AND I'm cooking Christmas dinner this year so can't stint on the goodies, sigh. Anne.
