I want to congratulate Jackie on a great loss from last week.
I on the other hand am up 2.6 pounds. I can't seem to get the scale to go down
It's been an up and down coaster ride for a while now. No excuses next week
I will get down and keep going. I have to make some adjustments.

Well I changed some things up and started a different eating plan. A little more bread on this plan which I think I might change up a little because of the carbs. I did lose 1.2 pounds this week. The funny thing about this plan it is from the Diabetes Detour book and more bread than I am used too.

I will not be weighing in this week. I have been eating comfort foods all week and I am up on the scale. The funeral is today and after things settle down I will be back next week and hopefully with a loss to report.

I did lose 2.2 lb. doing the Readers Digest meal plans of soups and protein shakes.
It was hard but I did it. I will continue the next part of the plan for next week's weigh in.

Well my meal plan from Readers Digest didn't work this week like I had hoped.
I think back to my Mediterrean meals next week. I gained 1 pound.
