Morning,
Off to Yoga class but want to check in. I have a gain this week of 1.4 lbs. So I hope and keep hoping that
next week will be better. I have increased my walking this week so that's one good thing. I have gotten
3 badges from my Fit bit for going over 10,000 steps. So definitely moving more.
We did have chinese food last night so I think that was the culprit.

Sorry to be late again. I did weigh myself yesterday but was straight out for the day. Anyway for all that I've stayed the same and can't blame anyone but myself. Talking to a friend who is doing the 5/2 diet I think I will have to get back into that in order to shake up my metabolism then hopefully better news next week.

Talking to a friend who is doing the 5/2 diet I think I will have to get back into that in order to shake up my metabolism then hopefully better news next week.

Jackie I started the 5/2 diet but it is different than the one I read on it before Guess I will need to check for it the one I found is Fast diet. What is the name of the diet you are on. I know I got it.,

I lost one pound. Actually the scales said 2 but my weight fluctuates so much during the week, that I am only going to count it as one pound until I see it stay the same at the lower weight for a few days in a row. But I am way happy with another pound gone!0

Well after I found out my scale is 3 lbs higher than my doctor's scale which both are digital I did have
a loss of only .04 this week. I hope next week will be better. I will use my scale numbers now that I
have been using that for a while now. So I was 173 before vacation not 176. I am now down to my
weight before vacation. Now to keep on going.

Yippee weighed in and lost 2 pounds. Couldn't be happier that the weight is coming off. Seems like it is coming off slower than I put it on but that o.k. I have to be patient. Phyllis0

Great job Phyllis!! Sandy, you are holding your own. I gained this week.
You all know this is a challenging time of year for me with all the pot luck dinners and snacking with
our sailing club. I am not starting out great guns. I gained 2.2 lbs. this week.
I am going back to South Beach Phase 2 again and try and stick with it. Yesterday was cleaning the inside
of the boat and eating on the run all day. Not good!!!!
On the good side our Yoga class as of June 15 will be increasing classes so I can go on Tuesday and Thursday morning in addition to M, W, Fri. So that is good.
Okay I am pulling up my boot straps and trying again and am hoping for a loss next week.

Well I guess my change to substituting smoothies for one meal has worked. I lost 1.2 lbs this.
