Just a few ounces Sandy, nothing to worry about. I know I've been naughty these past couple of weeks so haven't been near my scales but will work towards next Friday and see what I can do!

I did not weigh in last week while we were on the boat again. I plan on weighing in this week and see what the damage is.

Well I weighed this morning and it wasn't pretty, just as I feared a gain of 3 pounds.
We are leaving Sunday for a week at the cottage I hope I can maintain and I also booked 2 Yoga classes while away.
I will get there again I just have to wait until vacations are done.

My goal since July has been to lose a pound a week through the end of the year. I've been up and down a bit since then. This week, however, I've gone back to basics and have gotten back on track with my goal. (I had a little catch-up to do to be on target.)
As of this morning, I have 19 weeks and 18.3 pounds to go to meet my year-end goal. (Counting down!)

Okay finally weighed yesterday and did not gain anything. I wrote down my weight before I left to the cottage
and weighed exactly the same. Good if I was on maintainance but I am not.

Morning,
I am changing my weight on here today. I am one that weighs everyday and summer has been so busy that
I forgot most days. Now back to reality and being accountable. My goal is 160 and I am 185.8 today so I have
my work cut out for me. My husband also wants to lose so we are on the same page and it makes life much
easier. My last weigh in was before we left our last sailing cruise which was Sept. 2nd and I was 190 lbs.
So as you can see I have come down from that. From my last weigh in which was August 27 I was 186.4. So
according to that weight I have lost 0.6 pounds. Keeping accountable and I have my week in the Bahamas as
my next goal which will be the end of February next year.0 -

Well I got back the pounds I lost. We had company for the weekend and now I am up 2 pounds. Going on my second
week of South Beach and I will stay the course.
Going sailing for two days and then back to the plan.

Good morning,
I am leaving for the cottage and doing a quick post of my weight. I am up .06 lbs. still hovering up and down and
not losing. Still on South Beach and will continue. I think I will bring my bike inside and set up the turbor trainer
to see if I can get this moving. I am still having the detox every morning but won't be when I am away. Hope
next week is better.

I am down 2.1 pounds from last Friday. However, this is still 3.6 pounds up from my lowest weight in August. At least I'm on my way back down and this time plan to keep going.0

Well I can report a loss of .02 lbs even after the Thanksgiving holiday. I guess those walks and Yoga class helped.
Still have work to do but not getting discouraged.

I had a 4 lb lost on my weekly wi yesterday but this morning I was up 1,2 lbs next week I will weigh in on Friday.
Hope I can lose these small gains as easy as Sandy before they grow up to be monsters. m
