I have an Audi TT which is sooo nice to drive. But because we have no drive/garage, have to leave it outside our house sometimes and walk into town as it's hard to get parking space. Plus cause it's a nice car we get people wanting to do stuff to it ie spit, scratch, so annoying.

Ok thanks everyone for replies. I tend to feel that squats work my quads more so have been doing glute bridges and hips thrusts as well. It's also the last place where my fat comes off and unlike b4 I am not starving myself so gonna take longer to get that fat off!! Sezxystuff your pics look great. Butt lift here I come…

I used to do something like that. Cut up apples, add to the apples honey, cinnamon, raisins and cook in micro for about 2 mins. V good

Yea this was me about 5 weeks ago, I just had umbilical hernia operation nearly 4 weeks ago, and have not trained and eaten rubbish for that long!! I put it up for motivation for myself to get back to that when I can start training again. only spin starting from next week then working my way up again. well done, keep going…

Yeah about 30 mins before. I have tried a caffeine one also and only took half of it, and could feel it, but it wasn't a bad rush or anything. Unfortunately I am not training at the mo and am gutted as I cant for ages yet, but I shall be back using it again :)

Hey just to let you know that I just started using pre workout before my operation, and loved it. It was a stim free one, but still did the trick. It really helps with gym strength and stamina
