I did a walking video for the 3rd day in a row. I'm trying to figure out how/where I'm going to do it tomorrow because we have my fiances daughter and one of her friends and they will be camped out in the living room tonight, tomorrow and part of Sunday.

For me I find it completely satisfying. I have ice just just about every day and 1/2 cup is plenty. I won't give up any of my favorite foods. I just make them fit (usually). If they don't fit the day I want them, then I make room for it the next day.

I received a digital scale for Christmas as well and I am soo happy with it!! I had been using a small $5 analog scale I purchased at Target 2 years ago. It served me well and taught me about weighing my food but I am SOO happy to have my digital!
