  • Good to know I'm not the only one. Thanks for posting this!
  • I cook mine in a low sodium veggie stock and throw in some spices and I'm usually pretty happy with it.
  • I hate the taste of the microwave stuff so I air pop mine. I weigh the unpopped kernels and use that weight for my calorie count.
  • I tried it as well and loved it!! Felt a bit clumsy at first but started getting the hang of it. The time just flew by during it.
  • Raw tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots are a normal snack for me. A little salt on the tomato and I'm good for 2 or 3 hours.
  • Zestar are pretty good but my favorite are Empire. Apple time is my favorite time of the year. This is the only time I eat apples. Any other time of the year they don't have much taste to me.
  • I log as circuit training.
  • I drink water and unsweetened tea the vast majority of the time so I do not log it. Now, if I have a soda or lemonade or something, that I will log.
  • I really enjoy it. It has been the first workout video/set that I have purchased and have really enjoyed and looked forward to doing. I am not only doing PiYo now. I am mixing in some of the 21 Day Fix videos so I can get some longer workouts some days.

  • Make your own. I use baby red potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper and any other seasonings that suit my taste buds that day. Sooo much better than greasy fries. My 16 year old step daughter always asks me to make them when she is here.

  • I love my PiYO!! add me if you would like.
  • I am actually live in Salem which is Kenosha County. I live about 1 mile off the WI/IL boarder. My husband and I are hoping to walk the lake shore trail around Lake Geneva this summer. I think it is about a 20 mile walk.
  • Back in high school I spent a summer on a liquid diet because I had my mouth wired shut due to surgery. It was the worst experience of my life and would not do it again if you paid me.
  • I have been entering it as yoga

  • Yes, it is absolutely okay to have some chocolate or something sweet if it fits into your goals for the day. The more you tell yourself that you cannot have something they more you are going to think about it and want it. I always try to save a few calories for something sweet at night. Lately it has been 2 dove dark…
  • I have it and am almost done with my first 8 week session. I have really enjoyed it and have never been able to stick to anything I would try and do at time. Two weeks left on my first time through and then I will probably start it again.
  • Sorry you don't feel like you are seeing enough empathy, but that is not what I see. To succeed you need to truly be ready. It takes determination and will power to succeed at this. The concept is easy, eat less move more, but to put it into actual practice, now that is the harder part. I lost 90 lbs in 2 years but gained…
  • This! For me a single serving of 2 oz dry pasta is a good size but i usually have a pretty substantial sauce with it that I make myself.
  • I haven't had many cravings lately, but today it was gummy bears. I was going to run out tonight and get some but as I was coming in from starting hubby's car so he could go to work I ran into my neighbor. She was on her way to Walgreens and asked if I needed anything, so she brought me gummy bears. One serving and now I'm…
  • I've been doing PiYO for 3 1/2 weeks so far and I'm loving it. Tomorrow has me a little worried because I will be doing Drenched for the first time. I would like to get a heart rate monitor because I've had no idea how to track the calories burned. Right now I just log as yoga and cut my time down a little only because I…

  • I look for the closest option to what I plan on getting and pick the one with the highest calorie count and figure an additional 1/2 of full serving.
  • I weigh daily, naked, first thing in the morning after using the bathroom. I found for me weighing daily helps keep me motivated and honest about what I am doing. When I do not weigh myself I tend to be lax about what and how I eat. Not stepping on that scale is how I regained 30 of the 90 lbs that I previously lost.
  • I agree with SueInAz. While it may not be healthy for some people to weigh everyday, for some people it can be very beneficial. Weighing myself everyday helps hold me accountable to my calorie limits. I understand that a scale increase does not mean an increase in fat. It could be any multitude of things, so I do not flip…
  • I'm getting married October 16th! I have a bit of a dilemma though. I would love to lose about 10 lbs before the wedding. It would put me back at my lowest weight in my adult life BUT...and it is a bit of a big BUT....I have my dress and it fits me absolutely PERFECTLY as it is. No alterations needed... Feel free to add…
  • I'm getting married Oct. 16th. I'm in the same boat as cgeiser2, I can't lose much if any weight as my dress fits perfect!!
  • I also know that feeling all too well. 2014 started out great, I was within 10 pounds of my goal, but then it got turned TOTALLY upside down on me. I didn't so much as lose my motivation, as I began focusing on helping someone who had a major upheaval in his life and lost myself in the process. During that time I put 20…
  • Whether you weigh everyday, once a week or never depends on the person. I weigh myself almost everyday. I understand there will be fluctuations from day to day but it doesn't upset me or throw me into a tailspin because I "gained". If it does concern me for some reason, I will look back on my log and that will normally…
  • Yum!!! Soup
  • bump... have some at home, but have not been sure how to make it.
