The diet coke in my fridge has zero calories. The can even says, "zero calorie soda." Do you have a different kind of diet coke?
A 500ml bottle has 2 calories I think. They are allowed to say zero calories because its less than one calorie per 'blah' amount. I guess it's negligible, but I still log it :-)0 -
I'm with them ^^
I can't afford to drink calories any more. It doesn't help me stay full and if I want fruit I eat fruit. I very rarely have a Coke or anything that is zero nutrition. I have some milk in my coffee, then it's water the rest of the day.0 -

This.
I also don't log water, since I always drink plenty and always have.
Coffee (black) has a few calories, but since I always drink it and it's not that many I don't bother logging. If I ever decide to cut down I will. Maybe. Maybe I'll check the water thing for it to be confusing!1 -
I drink water and unsweetened tea the vast majority of the time so I do not log it. Now, if I have a soda or lemonade or something, that I will log.0
-
If I drink something with zero calories I may or may not log it. Most times I do. The rest of the time I just brink water with Mio or something like that. The calories in that are negligible and within the margin of error that it doesn't matter.
Or right now I have a bottle of sparkling flavored water. Don't know if I'll log or just add water.0 -
I log all my drinks, water, tea, coffee, lemon water, i log everything0

In the UK we have labels like this for zero calorie carbonated drinks.

I mainly drink water, coffee, and La Croix. I'll log the milk in my coffee but I don't bother to log my water all day.0
-
The only liquid I log is stuff with calories. I drink a lot of diet soda and I don't bother with that. 1-2 calories per soda isn't going to change my figure.0
-
The only calories that are worth drinking are booze calories, which I most definitely log.2
-
Coffee and tea have very minimal calories and I only have a couple cups so I don't log them. Mostly I drink just that, water, or diet soda. When I do drink milk I will log it.0
-
I log my coffee, and the creamer that goes in it. Otherwise I drink water. lol I know, boring.0
-
I log my drinks- but I only drink Coke Zero, water and coffee. Milk is gross, juice has to many calories.0
-
I only log drinks with calories. I log my coffee, only because I'm logging my creamer at the same time. Other than the occasional treat drink, I don't drink my calories, I like to save them for food I can chew.0

Ditto. I would love an accurate label here.0 -
some people log everything..even vitamins .. I can't get that obsessed … if a drink has calories then you'd log it.. i also skip alcohol logging at times because i don't want to be judged.0

There's no way I could justify not logging that many calories on the occasion it happens.0 -
I only drink Water, UNsweetened Ice Tea, and Black Coffee. All of those are 0 calorie drinks. That's why I typically do not log drinks through the day. If i do a Zero Cal Powerade then I do log it. And if I do something like a electrolyte powder I do log it as well.0

I only drink black coffee, black tea, water, and seltzer. So I don't bother logging those.
Drink calories are basically the first thing I completely cut because they're pretty much never worth it for me (except a latte once in a while, but I still don't add sugar).
Same for me, just black coffee, water and seltzer so I don't see the point in logging drinks most of the time. Every now and again I add some cream to my coffee or drink some wine/ciders and I do log those.0 -

I'm one of those people. I log my MultiVitamin... but I do the same one all the time So it's just there in my recents. I have a separate column for supplements. Whey Protein, Vitamins, Energy Gels, all of that type of stuff gets thrown into that section so it's an easy find.0 -
Unless its coffee I am not wasting calories on drinks usually. Last night was Happy Hour - I used some calories for that drink. Therefore coffee would be the only drink I'm likely to consistently log. Zero calorie drinks I may or may not log.0

Technically there might be one or two calories, but if it doesn't show up in your log what difference does it make? Unless you created a diet coke entry that adds 2 calories to your total.0 -
Help! 30 days in and 12 lbs lighter but I have a question that is bothering my OCD...does the water in my coffee and tea countable towards my daily "suggested" take? If so, what about the ice in the tea? (toldya I was OCD)...so if I drink typically 2- 8oz cups of coffee for breakfast and two more at lunch...and add that to the 32 oz of unsweetened iced tea, and another two 8 oz glasses of go old H2O (with my meds), so how much water do I log? Anyone out there? Please HELP my OCD!0

What do you think that water turns into when you add flavor????? It's still water - it still counts. It doesn't all the sudden become sand - it's water.1 -

When I kept a diary back in the day I only logged beverages that had calories...and for the most part I drink water...if I'm not drinking water it's beer or booze and sometimes wine which all were logged.0 -
If I ever get to the point where the 6-8 calories daily from the oil in my coffee beans is the only thing keeping me from my goal weight, then I will adjust my goal weight.2
-
I prefer eating my calories lol but if I do drink something with calories in it, I log it in. I mainly drink water though haha0

This will really mess with you - even the water in your food counts towards your 'suggested' intake.1
