I'm craving an English muffin breakfast sandwich... so I made some whole wheat English muffin bread and I'm having some for breakfast with some turkey sausage, egg, and cheese.

My favorite thing lately has been steel cut oats (cooked in almond milk) or Greek yogurt with maple almond butter and vanilla protein powder. So tasty.

And this http://www.thepinningmama.com/healthy-enchilada-chicken-bake-recipe/ Had some for dinner last night but leftovers at lunch were even tastier for some reason. Going to be a staple in my house!

And pink lady apples. Always pink lady apples.

Surprisingly...nothing. No cravings. And that is something to bear witness to. I began taking vitamins and eating WAY healthier. I did have a craving for Cadbury Mini Eggs a few weeks ago. I bought some on Amazon so they would take forever. Then I saw them in the store and caved. I portioned them out and added them to my daily calorie limit. I did great. Except, now there is a three pack on the way. When I am not having the craving. So I MAY do myself a favor and shove them in the freezer for later use.

I haven't had many cravings lately, but today it was gummy bears. I was going to run out tonight and get some but as I was coming in from starting hubby's car so he could go to work I ran into my neighbor. She was on her way to Walgreens and asked if I needed anything, so she brought me gummy bears. One serving and now I'm good.

I am generally strict on my eating throughout the week. Thus, the weekend is where, I let myself have one meal that I enjoy. Things like Asian food or Hispanic food.

I'd love a West Indian patty right about Saturday night.

Not really a craving but I want all the meat. Just meat no sauce no trimmings gimme the meats lol. Nothing else feels like I'm eating much. I'm sure it's because of the increased activity this week - finally had good enough weather to hike and I'm starving after that.

I've been wanting a Honey Bun and a KitKat Extra Crispy bar. I can budget in the calories for the KitKat bar but I haven't been able to find one anywhere. The Honey Bun I don't want to buy a whole box because I know I'll eat them all and all the single servings I've found are around 400+ calories. So yeah, that's not happening.

Masada brand pita bread. Plain. I have no idea why, other than it's bread, which I love. This is a local SoCal brand, only 116 calories for the whole pita, so I usually have at least one a day.

I haven't had a banana in ages but I was at Walmart after my workout and they had some...they were miracle of miracles yellow and not green. I'm having a toast with peanut butter and sliced banana. Yum :)))
