It is a very low calorie diet. She is eating very low calories. It doesn't have to be a specific thing. She is not feeding her body. If that is what it took for her to lose weight, then she should get her thyroid checked...

I'd say the reason this worked is because you are on a VERY LOW CALORIE DIET. You aren't getting enough food at all....

I have the same issue. Try to pair your carbs with protein and get more of your calories from protein than carbs. The key is to regulate your insulin levels. Eventually it will come off....it just stinks in the mean time because your clothes never fit right :(

Everyone seems to assume that the less calories they eat the more they will lose. Your body doesn't do well with 1200 calories long term. Unless I had fettucinni alfredo or spaghetti there isn't much on this menu that is close to olive garden food and I really don't want that. They have a lot of pasta dishes with fresh veggies......they aren't cheese cheese cheese like olive garden lol

I'm just saying it wasn't meant to be a long term weight loss use...mainly just to dump your intestines and the thing I had seen was 1 day of drinking protein smoothies and then the rest of the week was 3 meals of a lean protein, veggie and carb....and it was only a 7 day thing.

Thanks for telling me something I already know about my weight. I work in the medical field. I have no medical conditions. My most recent fasting glucose (last week) was 85. All my chemisty tests are clear. I only have a small excess of RBC's and iron. But thanks for the concern
