I'll add in here on the sports bras..I wear a 42G bra...so most places will not carry anything I can fit. I get my bras at lane bryant but I'm not willing to pay the lane bryant price for some work out clothes.

I'd say you should be. If you don't get there especially since it sounds like you aren't making 1200 calories...you are going to slow your metabolism.

I started at 301. I'm a bit taller though and I'm not close to my goal but you can do it. Slow and steady is the best way and don't be overwhelmed. You don't have to get skinny really fast . Think that each pound you lose is adding time to your life so even if it takes a while you will still have time to enjoy your new…

I'm no expert but from what I have heard from others who have seen doctors....1200 is meant for someone with ZERO activity level. It is not meant for those who are exercising....If you are eating 1200 and working out an hour 4 days a week you're body is getting well under 1200 calories so it will start holding on to fat.

I'm looking for the same!!!
-
Not something I enjoy.....I'd rather have plain water....to me it tastes like old fridge water....like the kind you've left in the refrigerator for days and it has absorbed the tastes of everything in the fridge....

When I think of bobble head I think of a big head....I have more like...shrunken head doll syndrome...my face and head are so small compared to my body
-
Just drink a whole pot of coffee...you'll get the same effect :)

Thanks for posting this as I carry my weight in much the same way! Gives me hope!

Honestly...I was the same way. I would crave something so bad I would eat everything until I finally gave in. Not everyone is the same and substitutes don't always work....For me it was honestly just suffering through it for a few days and eventually the cravings/desire to eat those things subsides. Eat more protein, it…

If you saw my diet before you would be amazed at how little I eat out...haha...I probably ate out most every day. At least 5 times a week. But I want to go more organic than just whole foods because supposedly, according to an article I read, chemicals and hormones make PCOS symptoms worse. I'm not even sure at this point…

I don't see her anymore...I moved out of that area and actually draw blood now and it seems like EVERYONE around here gets their thyroid checked....I just need to find a doc I want to go to.
-
Thanks....I haven't had insulin or thyroid checks but all my other bloodwork is normal. I'm not a good planner so sometimes I hit up a fast food place but not generally. I do like to go to subway though. I plan to go to more whole foods when my financial situation levels out a bit (husband wasn't employed for about a month…

Yeah, idk....I did it at the suggestion of others. Now I'm concerned because it seems all the TDEE calculators say something different...

Lol...the zero cups of broccoli is just because I haven't figure out how to delete something from my phone. Thought I had broccoli but I was out so I ate green beans instead. but yes, I do measure, count...whatever. I put my peanut butter in a tablespoon and level it out and everything...no guessing.

Wow...that's a huge difference....I wonder why so different?

Yes, I did the MFP calories for a while and lost but then I stalled all the same...When I increased my intake I dropped like another 7-8 pounds. I'm still eating at a deficit. MFP just puts you are a much larger deficit which from what I understand can slow down your metabolism....plus the higher calorie count gives me…

I just mean I have gained several pounds a week for several weeks...not up and down weight flunctuations...I can gain a lot of weight very quickly and easily which is unfortunately why my body is in the state it is now....I've thought about having my thyroid checked but last time I asked a doctor she kind of laughed at me.…

Mostly walking....I walked at least 40 minutes a day almost every day last week..several days I did more than that. I'm up and down at work all day just depending on the day and how busy it is. I try to stand most of the time though. I don't have a heart rate monitor but I don't eat back calories anyways....when I use the…
-
My calorie goal is set at TDEE-20% based on the fitnessfrog TDEE calculator. Since I increased activity I have it set on moderate exercise. Last week I walked at least 40 minutes every day. Several days it was closer to 90 minutes. And I don't typically track cleaning and what not...or the fact I try to stand most of the…

You'd be surprised...I have gained several pounds a week before. Maybe I just need to head back into low carbsville....I don't know. I lose faith quickly....

Just started the weights on Saturday...and I'm also not losing any inches or feeling any difference in clothes
-
I wasn't losing anything before I increased my activity either or started lifting weight....Like I said, that just started Saturday.
-
I'm 5'8", 28 years old, 280 pounds and I am exercising 5 days a week.
-
I will also add that I am not seeing any inches lost in the areas I measured (waist, hips....not really concerned about neck)
-
Not sure where this comes from...but I can make a better burger, I just don't want pretzel buns in my house, lol
-
I'm going to have to try it...I could easily fit it in
-
I would but I love that stuff...I can't have it in my house!
