I've never stepped foot in a gym. Though I would love to it's just not an option for me. I do cardio 3 times a week plus a 15 minute circuit. I also weight lift 3 days a week plus a 15 minute circuit. It's about an hour every day intense!

Low fat cottage cheese, handful of nuts with dark chocolate, jamba juice frozen yogurt bars, granola bars, oranges, popcorn without the butter/oil, chicken breast, can of tuna, I could go on & on

I don't believe in diets, I eat real food everyday and lots of it

When I order my food without butter or oil and they bring my food out drenched in butter. I just assume eat at home where I know exactly what I'm eating. Tastes better anyway :)

Yes sadly I had to quit running outside everyday. I use my elliptical for the most part of cardio days. I still try to get on the track once a week to run because I miss it so much. Getting old sucks!

Mine have turned to muscle. I agree with a lot of the opinions on here for example being overweight and age.

Weaned myself off come zero about 2 months ago. Never looked back. Hardest thing ever. I drank like 3-4 a day everyday.

I breastfed 3 kids for a full year. I never counted those calories as calories burned either. As long as you exercise and watch your diet you should be just fine

I'm always low on potassium, and I eat a lot of high potassium foods. I take a potassium supplement as well and still miss.

Hardly on a calorie deficit. I eat between 2400-2800 calories a day

My biggest baby was over 10 lbs. My highest weight during pregnancy was 170

I am 35 today, 3 kids and great abs. You CAN have abs after kids!

Stuffed spaghetti squash. Drizzle squash with oil of choice salt and pepper. Bake it and stuff it with ground meat of choice, stuffing or rice and dried cranberries. It's very good and my kids love it.

Cottage cheese, oatmeal, peanut butter, almonds, frozen yogurt maybe. Not sure what your sodium or sugars look like.
