  • I drink Shakeology and actually love it. Does it taste like a chocolate milkshake? No but then again what protein/meal replacement type shake does? I drink it because it keeps me regular (TMI) and the biggest reason.............seems to really help with my eating the rest of the day. I still try to have healthy snacks but…
